Dear grain buyer,

Your customer has expressed an interest in using our services. Just as perhaps some of your customers have given grain to their church, your customers may also give grain to a charitable giving fund, from which they direct grants to their church or favorite charities. This fund is much like a personal, private foundation.  It is easy both for you and for your customer to use.  Simply:

1)  Create an account* in the name of:

   Foundation for Christian Stewardship
   301 Hollowood Drive
   West Lafayette, Indiana 47906

   (Call if you need the EIN number.)

2)  Transfer or deposit grain (not dollars) into the account.
           ($1,000 min. value.  It is important to the farmer that            grain, not dollars, be transferred to the account.)

3)  Either you or your customer inform us of the gift at
      (765) 807-2810 or info@giftsofgrain.org.

The Foundation for Christian Stewardship (FCS) will promptly sell the grain and the proceeds (which you mail to the address above) will be deposited into your customer's fund at the National Christian Foundation, the parent organization of FCS.  You, the grain buyer, are hereby given permission to confirm for the donor the selling price and the net proceeds from the sale of the grain.

* The same FCS grain account can be used for subsequent gifts of     grain from other of your customers.
